The N2A internal corporate culture is based on a flat hierarchy as well as a collaborative spirit and therefore requires committed team players.

The team composition varies depending on the task at hand. Interdisciplinary collaboration with experts from a wide range of fields is a matter of concern to us: Lighting designers, color designers, graphic designers, 3D artists and engineers are involved early in the design process.

Project Development

Project development allows us to be involved in a project at an early stage and to pave the way. We prepare market and location analyses, develop initial utilization concepts with feasibility studies. Calculate the profitability and take care of the financing, investor search and marketing of the projects.

Architecture

N2A's architecture emerges from a careful analysis of contemporary lifestyles, the local context and the spatial programme. Influences such as technological developments, economic and climatic changes are taken into account in the design process and thus become integral parts of the projects. N2A experiments with different design methods. For this purpose, the most modern tools in the field of CAD, model construction and presentation are applied.

Project Management

To implement our ideas, we form interdisciplinary teams that cover the entire spectrum - from administration, through tendering and scheduling, cost controlling with accounting and local construction management to handover. Consequently, we are always close to the project, even during the construction phase, and can guarantee the quality of the projects.

Design Communication

The Design Communication Team is responsible for the creation of virtual as well as physical 3D models. Furthermore, the team creates photorealistic renderings of interior and exterior spaces as well as computer generated animations. For the marketing of the projects brochures and websites are created.
